Plunge Rapids
Three Rock IV
Class: IV

About a mile and a half into this run is you first Class IV rapid. Two huge side by side boulders choke the channel resulting in a very interesting rapid. At higher flows, a fun run is right down the middle or you can zig zag through the left side. Either way, get ready to paddle!s
Crystal Wall IV

Class: IV

A long continuous rapid containing several holes begins as the river bends to the right following Ginsu Corner. At the end of this rapid the river flows directly into a rock wall which rafts usually back away from to the right. The Baldwin Tunnel on Hwy 14 also marks the end of this rapid.
Groover IV

Class:

A small wave train leads into a giant hit through a box canyon that will leave you breathless
Mishawaka Falls IV

Class:

A long series of drops and holes, this rapid does not disappoint. The river stretches and curves its way through class IV+ rapids as it gives one the feeling of being way way back in wilderness. A “paddle high-five” awaits at the end to the amusement of onlookers.
Cardiac Corner IV

Class:

A screaming right hand turn through a granite canyon does not disappoint. You have enough time to take a quick breathe before the next rapid begins.
Pineview Falls IV

Class: IV

Pine View Falls is the crux rapid on this run, providing a classic Colorado Class IV experience. The rapid is fun at every river level, so be ready to paddle hard and scream with delight. We love this rapid so much, we will run it on every trip we have to offer.
roller coaster III

Class: III

This large wave train gives boaters the up and down
feeling of riding a roller coaster. Always a favorite, this rapid
is one of the last on this run.
*This is only a partial list of rapids, the trip will contain other class II, III and IV rapids that vary in difficulty due to seasonal water levels. This trip is available to both beginner and experienced paddlers.
